The AdBlue system is a precision fluid injection setup that keeps diesel vehicles within emissions limits. Poor-quality AdBlue, crystallisation, a failed pump or a blocked nozzle leads to critical situations: a mileage countdown in the instrument cluster, restricted engine torque and a vehicle that will not restart.
In our workshop the AdBlue tank, pump pressure, heater lines and injector assembly are analysed in detail. Software and mechanical blockages are cleared with professional equipment, returning the system to its original operating values.
